Drive-In revival
After 11 years, and countless broken hearted fans, US prog rockers At the Drive-In have reformed and broken their decade-long silence.
The Texan outfit announced the news on Twitter yesterday, saying: "Attention! To whom it may concern: AT THE DRIVE-IN will be breaking their 11 year silence. THIS STATION IS....NOW....OPERATIONAL."
The news sent music sites around the world into overdrive, as fans of the beloved noughties band waited for more info.
At the Drive-In broke up in 2001. Shortly afterwards lead singer Cedric Bixler-Zavala and bass guitarist Omar Rodriguez-Lopez formed the Grammy award winning band The Mars Volta.
At the Drive-In was also included in the Coachella line-up set to take place in April.
