Perkins has been around; fronting Beasts of Bourbon, The Cruel Sea and The Dark Horses, to name a few. More recently, he played Johnny Cash in stage show The Man in Black. During this time he performed with an amazing band that was his Tennessee Four – now they’re his Band Of Gold. They include some of the best going around: Shannon Bourne, Dave Foley, Shane Reilly, Steve Hadley and Perkins’ on-stage wife Rachel Tidd.
